Cooking Method:

Thaw: Place the Wellington in a 0-4°C refrigerator compartment to thaw one day in advance.
Preheat the oven to 200°C for about 10 minutes.
Let the Wellington thaw at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then brush the puff pastry evenly with egg yolk.
Place the Wellington on baking paper and bake in the oven for 22 minutes or air fry for 20 minutes.
After baking, let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
